Radiant’s original purpose was to manage relationships between high net worth entities and various capital managers.  Our business model has now evolved to include many other benefits.  Radiant has become well known to emerging managers and highly talented traders in the foreign exchange arena.  We maintain our focus in foreign exchange trading and products. One feature that we believe makes us unique to other capital managers is our ability to focus on market trends in foreign exchange trading. We are in tune with the market at all times.  This give us the chance to understand all of our managers investment approaches and the ability to watch and see if any of our managers start to vary from the norm.

Radiant’s capital managers trade close to 24 hours a day across many of the major fx markets and some of the minor fx markets.

Barry Dorfman - Chief Executive Officer

Barry is Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Radiant Capital Advisors.  Barry Dorfman graduated from National University, in Lombard, Illinois in 1984 with a D.C., M.S. in Nutrition.  From the mid 80’s to 1994 he was the President, C.E.O.: Advanced Rehabilitation Consultants; Florida medical rehabilitation centers developed and strategically partnered with medical physicians utilizing state of the art post-surgical rehabilitation equipment. The company was privately acquired in 1994.
 
In 1995 Barry became the Vice President of Business Development at Schonfeld Securities. He developed and coordinated all recruiting and market niches for one of the largest proprietary trading firms in the United States consisting of thousands of traders with multiple locations. Barry’s responsibilities included: hiring and training recruiters, hedge fund allocations, screening of portfolio managers, traders, analysts’, black box programmers, and clearing/execution.

In late 2003 Barry saw major parallels between the Spot Foreign Exchange trading arena and the equities trading space.  After playing such an instrumental role in the growth of Schonfeld and the equity trading community he envisioned to re-create his success story in the forex world.  He then co-founded EFX Group utilizing direct access STP and ECN trading for the retail and institutional customers. The system incorporates multiple bank feeds that display liquidity directly on the platform. By providing this technology the customers would have tighter spreads with no dealing desk interaction. He quickly opened multi-branch offices both domestically and internationally.

In 2006, Barry joined Radiant Capital Advisors as a Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer. At Radiant, Barry is responsible for locating and incubating money managers for foreign exchange trading. Barry is instrumental in assessing client needs and matching them with proper investment vehicles via Radiant. Barry works one on one with our customers to help manage their relationships with Radiant’s money managers.

MR. KEITH SAZER

Mr. Keith Sazer is President and Founder of Radiant Capital Advisors headquartered in the heart of New York City. Serving as Alternative Investment Specialist as well as Chief Portfolio Manager and Director of Trading, Keith is a well-respected trader that brings knowledge, passion and global experience to his field of endeavor. With a concentration in (FOREX) foreign exchange investment strategies, Keith has contributed immensely to the on-going success of his company, turning it into a successful FOREX money management firm.

After rigorous due diligence and screening of clients, he shares a suite of investment strategies that include discretionary and fully automated trading models and custom products to an array of financial consumers ranging from retail to institutional investors. With an unstoppable enthusiasm for his career, coupled with an exceptional ability for strategy creation and portfolio design, Keith has earned a reputation that is second to none. Beginning his career as an Equity Trader at Madison Trading in New York City, he spent countless hours working the London trading session while living in New York. In his off hours, he began trading FOREX where he gained the knowledge and expertise to manage Madison Trading FX, the currency arm of Madison Trading. While involved in managing the FX, he productively recruited and trained many successful traders, earning him the title of “Trader’s Trader.”

Even during times of economic instability, Keith has invariably upheld a strong standing in the financial community, developing a network of contacts and helping traders understand how the FX market works. Imbued with high energy, enthusiasm as well as precision for market analysis, Keith is relentless in his devotion to the study of the FOREX market, which drives his passion and eagerness for success way up.

A graduate of Boston University with a BA in business and a concentration in finance, he has been written up in several magazines including E-Forex magazine as well as Profit and Loss magazine. Possessing broad understanding and direct experience of the market, he also appears on various websites with informative and educational details pertaining to foreign exchange and the markets. In his effort to maintain and create balance in his life, he is dedicated to vigorous exercise as well as studying martial arts, including Wing Tsjun Kung Fu and Vforce Scientific Combat.
